Lauren Ellis
UX writer, content designer and illustrator
About
I’m a UX writer, content designer and illustrator based in Bristol, UK.
I’ve been working as a copywriter for eight years, and within UX for six. I’m committed to championing the user across every interaction and slice of microcopy within a product or digital experience. And I believe you should never have to sacrifice great writing because of character counts or business requirements.
I work closely with design and product teams to match research insights with engaging content for websites, apps and services for public and private sector organisations. I’ve written on behalf of M&S, the RSPCA, Drinkaware, David Lloyd Clubs, Virgin Media, Test and Trace and the Ministry of Justice.
I’m curious about pretty much everything. But my longtime loves are art, culture, folklore, technology and history. I’m currently completing my 31st journal and I also run a small business selling prints, stickers and canvases. Find out more: https://linktr.ee/laurenellis_art
